Traveling Endodontist – Part-Time Specialty Opportunity Winter Springs Dentistry | Winter Springs, Florida Winter Springs Dentistry is seeking a skilled and patient-focused Endodontist to join our growing privately owned and operated dental practice as a traveling specialist providing in-house endodontic services. Located in the heart of Winter Springs within the Town Center District, our practice has built a strong reputation for exceptional patient care, reflected in our 4.9-star Google rating with over 700 patient reviews highlighting the patient-centered experience delivered by our entire team. We currently refer all root canal therapy externally and are excited to bring endodontic services in-house to improve continuity of care and better serve our community. ________________________________________ About Our Practice • Privately owned, doctor-led dental practice • Established and continuously growing patient base • Strong internal referral network • Large English and Spanish-speaking community • Collaborative and supportive clinical culture • Commitment to comprehensive, high-quality dentistry We presently refer approximately 10+ endodontic cases per month, with expected growth once services are offered internally. Additionally, planned practice expansion within the next year will further increase patient volume and long-term demand for endodontic services. ________________________________________ Technology & Clinical Support • New CBCT with Endodontic-resolution imaging • Modern digital workflow • Dedicated treatment space • Experienced clinical support team • Office provides all staff, supplies, scheduling, and administrative coordination Our goal is to allow the specialist to focus fully on clinical care while our team manages patient flow and logistics. ________________________________________ Schedule Initial anticipated schedule: ✅ ½ day, two days per month Scheduling is flexible and scalable based on provider preference and growing patient demand.
