We are looking for a Clinical Assistant to assist with our orthodontic & periodontal patients. Examples of some of the responsibilities follow. Assist in bracket placement, bonding & wire adjustments. Capture high-quality clinical photographs & digital scans. Maintain sterile workflow & instrument organization. Educate patients clearly & confidently abut their treatment. Anticipate clinical needs & act in a fast-paced setting. You will not be “just assisting” … you will be a critical part of a coordinated clinical system. We are looking for 1+ year dental assisting experience, but not required. You must pay strong attention to detail. We want someone who has a calm, professional chair side presence. We want someone who has a growth mindset (who wants to improve & not coast).
