- Location: 175 N Buhl Farm Dr, Hermitage, PA
- New denovo practice opened in 2025
- 80 new patients per month
- Average production: $172K/month
- 3 operatories currently with expansion potential to 6
- 4-day work week (Monday–Thursday, 9 AM – 5 PM)

Ideal Candidate
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active or eligible for a Pennsylvania dental license
