Patient-Focused Cosmetic and Advanced Restorative Dental Office Looking to Grow Our Team! We are seeking an experienced Lead and Additional Registered Dental Assistant to join our close-knit team in a fee-for-service, relationship-based dental practice focused on advanced restorative and family dentistry. As a single-doctor office serving the Bee Cave area, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality patient care in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for supporting our dental team by assisting during procedures, preparing treatment rooms, and educating patients about their oral health. The Lead Assistant will assist with more complex procedures, manage laboratory communication, ordering, and lead the clinical team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a dental setting, familiarity with Dentrix, Gendex, intraoral cameras, Trios, iTero, and digital X-rays. While being cross-trained is not a requirement, it will be considered a valuable asset. We emphasize safety and provide all necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) for our staff, ensuring a safe and hygienic work environment. Enjoy the benefit of flexible breaks between patients without closure during lunch, allowing us to close before rush hour traffic. Office hours are 7:00am-3:00pm.
