About the Role We are a fast paced, patient focused dental practice group seeking a confident and efficient Registered Dental Hygienist to work mainly at our flagship Oak Lawn location (3 days a week) and float to two north suburb locations (2 days a week) (all 30-50 minutes from Chicago). This role is ideal for someone with strong time management skills who can maintain clinical flow while delivering excellent patient care. Responsibilities Provide high quality dental hygiene care including prophylaxis, periodontal therapy, patient education, and charting Maintain efficient appointment flow and stay on schedule throughout the day Work collaboratively with doctors and clinical staff to support smooth office operations Travel between location based on scheduling needs Maintain accurate records and follow all infection control and safety standards Requirements Active Illinois Registered Dental Hygienist license Strong time management skills and ability to work efficiently Comfortable working in a fast paced clinical environment Reliable, organized, and flexible with location rotation Experience with digital charting preferred Compensation Starting at $55 per hour Possible office based collection bonuses, depending on performance and office metrics Consistent schedules coordinated in advance Hiring Process Qualified candidates will be invited to an initial in-person interview as the first step.
