This position is to replace an existing provider rather than create a brand new role, which means you’ll be stepping into a warm, loyal, and already-established patient base from day one. What We Offer: • Competitive compensation package of up to $350K/yr, 30% of Production • 401(k) retirement plan • Employer-paid professional liability insurance • Employer-paid association dues and licensures • Continuing education allowance with strong support for professional growth • Partnership pathways for the right candidate Duties & Responsibilities: • Diagnose and treat a wide variety of oral health issues • Perform exams using X-rays and digital imaging • Deliver treatments including cleanings, fillings, crowns, veneers, whitening, extractions, endo, implants, and dentures • Administer local anesthesia • Educate patients on oral health and aftercare • Perform oral cancer screenings • Prescribe antibiotics and pain management as needed • Take impressions for custom appliances Qualifications: • DDS or DMD degree • Active state dental license (or ability to obtain) • CPR certification • Knowledge of dental health and safety regulations (HIPAA, OSHA, CDC) • Practice management software proficiency preferred • 1–2 years’ experience preferred, but motivated new grads are strongly encouraged to apply Join Us If you’re looking for a practice where you can step into an existing patient base, bring your skills, build quickly, and grow with a supportive team, we’d love to meet you.
