As we grow our team, we are looking for a Registered Dental Hygienist who is passionate about hygiene standards and building long-term patient relationships. The Role We are looking for a skilled clinician who excels in patient education and clinical precision. You will work in a modern facility designed for both provider efficiency and patient comfort (including in-chair entertainment like Netflix). You will be an integral part of a collaborative team that values high-standard hygiene protocols and a supportive work culture. Key Responsibilities • Clinical Excellence: Perform thorough dental cleanings, scaling and root planing (SRP), and periodontal charting with a gentle, patient-focused approach. • Patient Education: Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and the vital link between oral health and systemic wellness. • Diagnostic Support: Capture high-quality digital X-rays and intraoral photos; identify signs of periodontal disease for doctor review. • Preventive Care: Administer fluoride treatments, sealants, and other preventive therapies. • Sterilization & Safety: Maintain strict adherence to OSHA, CDC, and ADA sterilization protocols to ensure a safe environment. • Collaboration: Partner with our doctors and office manager to ensure seamless treatment planning and patient follow-up. Qualifications • Licensure: Valid California Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license. • Certifications: Active CPR/BLS certification; Local Anesthesia and Nitrous Oxide certifications preferred. • Experience: Previous experience in a high-quality private practice is a plus, but we welcome motivated new graduates. • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, a calming bedside manner, and a team-player mentality.
