Seeking a RDH to add to our team at Montrose DDS. Our office is private, not a chain or corporate, fee for service general and cosmetic dentistry office. Our hygienists have base hourly pay plus a bonus system based on monthly production. Our employees have great benefits - medical and vision, retirement savings match, PTO. Our hygienists usually work 1 column in 1 operatory at a relaxed pace. Typically 1 patient per hour. Our office is general and cosmetic dentistry with a focus on prevention. We have two dentists, a small team and wonderful patients. Pay is competitive and based on experience. Looking for a friendly and warm personality to join our kind and calm team. Our office has been around over 40 years and has many long term patients. We are LGBTQ owned and have a diverse patient population. Duties Perform dental prophylaxis, SRPs, preventive dental treatments Conduct oral health assessments by reviewing medical histories, taking vital signs, and evaluating dental conditions Assist with patient education on oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and treatment options Utilize dental software systems including DENTRIX Take and interpret medical imaging such as X-rays
