Job Title: Part-Time Dental Hygienist 8-12 hours per week. Location: Recker Dental Recker Dental is seeking a compassionate and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our small, patient-focused private practice. About Our Office We are a small private practice with one doctor and 2 hygienists, open 3 days per week. We provide thorough, high-quality dentistry in a welcoming environment. We value strong patient relationships, personalized care, and creating a comfortable experience for adults and children. We are seeking a hygienist to transition into the role of our current part-time hygienist, who is preparing for retirement. This is a wonderful opportunity to step into an established schedule with an existing patient base. Position Details Part-time position Thursdays (full day) Patient care hours 8-4pm with 1 hour lunch One additional half day per week 8-12pm (Flexible) Potential for the additional half day to become a full day in the future What We’re Looking For Licensed Dental Hygienist (RDH) Strong communication and patient education skills A team-oriented mindset Commitment to thorough, preventive-focused care Friendly, professional, and dependable Responsibilities Perform comprehensive dental cleanings and periodontal maintenance Provide scaling and root planing as needed Take digital radiographs/Intraoral photographs Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care Assist in diagnosing and co-treatment planning Maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix dental software Why Join Recker Dental?
