About the Role: As our Dental Treatment Coordinator, you’ll be the friendly face and trusted guide for our patients as they move through their treatment plans. This is a high-impact role where compassion meets communication—and where your efforts make a real difference in people's lives every day. What You’ll Be Doing: Build trust with patients by truly listening and helping them feel comfortable, supported, and informed Present and explain treatment plans in a way that’s clear, compassionate, and personalized Guide patients through financial options so they feel confident moving forward Follow up with care—we don’t forget about our patients once they leave the chair Work closely with our clinical team to ensure a seamless, stress-free experience for each patient Keep things running smoothly with scheduling, records, and patient communications Close treatment plans with professionalism, positivity, and purpose What We’re Looking For: A friendly, energetic personality with a heart for service Experience in dental or healthcare treatment coordination (bonus if you’ve got a strong close rate!) Comfort with dental terminology and insurance basics Strong communication and organization skills—you know how to juggle without dropping the ball A natural team player who’s just as comfortable leading a conversation as they are following up What We Offer: Competitive base salary starting at $55,000+, based on experience Commission on treatment production—your success is rewarded!
