Position: Orthodontic Front Desk Coordinator and overflow Treatment Coordinator (We use OrthoFi) (Full-Time | 4–5 days/week) Compensation: Base salary + incentive bonuses How to apply: Send your resume and a short note about your experience and why you’d be a great fit for a this role. At Clearsmile Orthodontics, we don’t just straighten teeth — we build confidence and change lives. We’re looking for a positive and energetic Orthodontic Front Desk Coordinator! Also as part of the role, you will have the chance to dip your toes in a Treatment Coordinator role and help guide new patients from their first consultation to starting treatment! Each patient start that you help with comes with a bonus! If you love connecting with people, communicating clearly, and helping families feel excited (not overwhelmed) about orthodontics, you’ll fit right in. What you’ll do: You’ll be the first face patients see when they come in and you will also the bridge between the consultation and getting started when needed — making the process simple, clear, and comfortable for every patient and parent. Core responsibilities: Welcome and connect with new patients/families and create a great first impression Review treatment recommendations and help patients understand their options Present fees confidently and clearly Discuss payment plan options, financing, and next steps We have a system (OrthoFi) that verifies insurance benfits, so our TCs just need to communicate insurance and orthodontic benefits (and help families understand what it actually means) Coordinate scheduling, paperwork, and treatment start details Follow up with pending patients and help convert “thinking about it” into “let’s do it” Work closely with doctors and the clinical/front desk teams to keep the experience seamless The perfect fit is: A true people-person — warm, confident, and professional Comfortable discussing fees and payments with clarity and empathy Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle a fast-paced day A proactive problem solver who follows through A positive team player who brings good energy to the office Experience that helps (but isn’t required): Orthodontic or dental front desk / TC experience Familiarity with insurance verification and patient financing X-ray and CPR certifications (not necessary, but a plus)
