Job description: We are seeking a strategic, motivated, and self-directed Marketing Director to lead and execute comprehensive marketing initiatives at Full Smile Management. This role is responsible for driving brand visibility, patient acquisition, and community engagement across multiple markets while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with strong leadership skills, a data-driven mindset, and hands-on experience managing marketing budgets, campaigns, and community-focused initiatives. The Marketing Director is responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties: • Develop, implement, and oversee a comprehensive marketing strategy supporting our clinics throughout Texas and New Mexico. • Lead planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across digital, print, and in-person channels. •Oversee community outreach and event strategy, including health fairs, school visits, patient appreciation events, ribbon cuttings, seasonal celebrations, and internal company events. • Identify and prioritize event and outreach opportunities aligned with brand objectives, growth initiatives, and patient acquisition goals. • Ensure a consistent, professional brand presence across all public-facing materials, events, and communications. •Own the marketing budget, including spend tracking, reconciliation, forecasting, and cost optimization. •Collaborate with finance and executive leadership on budget development and ongoing financial oversight. •Analyze marketing, campaign, and event performance to evaluate ROI, engagement, and patient growth. •Develop and maintain marketing dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools to support data-driven decision-making. •Oversee content strategy for digital platforms, including social media, email marketing, and website initiatives. •Provide leadership, direction, and mentorship to marketing staff, vendors, and external partners. •Manage vendor relationships, contracts, timelines, and deliverables. •Collaborate cross-functionally to align marketing initiatives with operational and growth priorities. •Stay current on industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance marketing effectiveness. Marketing Director Requirements •Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field (preferred). Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field will be considered in lieu of a master’s degree. •Minimum of 5 years of progressive marketing experience, including strategic planning and execution. •Demonstrated experience managing, reconciling, and forecasting marketing budgets. •Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, measure ROI, and translate insights into actionable strategies. •Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities. •Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills. •Experience with digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, email marketing tools, and analytics. •Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Canva; familiarity with marketing dashboards and performance reporting tools. •Ability to travel regularly throughout Texas to support events, practices, and outreach initiatives. •Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends to support key events and campaigns. •Ability to lift and transport event materials (up to 25 lbs), as needed. •Warm, confident, and professional communicator both in person and online.
