Join Our Dental Family as a Dental Hygienist! We are excited to announce an opportunity for a passionate and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team in a dynamic North Dallas dental practice. Our general dentistry office is operated by a single doctor and prides itself on building long-lasting relationships with our patients. We emphasize a fun and upbeat atmosphere, ensuring that both our team and our patients feel comfortable and engaged. As a part of our team, you will contribute to this positive environment, making every appointment a pleasant experience for our patients. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments, performing dental cleanings, and educating patients about oral hygiene practices. Your patient appointments will be structured to allow for meaningful interactions; you will generally spend 50 minutes with recall patients and 80 minutes with new patients, focusing solely on one patient at a time. Your ability to connect with patients and make them feel at ease is essential to our practice. We equip our team with top-notch personal protective equipment (PPE), including face shields, N95 masks, nitrile gloves, and regular masks, ensuring a safe and hygienic work environment. You will enjoy a lunch break of 45 minutes to an hour, allowing you to recharge between appointments. We are seeking a dedicated hygienist available Monday (7:15 AM - 3:15 PM), Tuesday (7:15 AM - 3:15 PM), and Wednesday (7:15 AM - 4:00 PM).
