Seeking experienced hygienist, part time with potential for full time Tired of the corporate hustle and bustle? We are a small private practice that focuses on patient care with great attention to details to help guide them in their health care needs. Compensation Starts at $45/hour based on experience Schedule: part time with potential for full time Hours vary from 8-5 or 8-3:30 depending on the week Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday I usually add 1 -2 Fridays a month depending office needs I am looking for a team member to educate, demonstrate, and support the oral care of patients by using all the tools we have available, especially the intra oral camera. Seeing what we see makes a huge impact with patients. Confidence to educate is highly valued. Responsibilities will include prophy's, gingivitis cleanings, perio maintenance and scaling. Take digital x-rays using schick sensors and Eagle Soft Software. Communicating with the patient about oral care, home education and dental diagnosed needs. Maintain and thoroughly document in charts. Sterilization and office cleanliness as well as being a supportive team member are required. We want a TEAM driven environment Required: Texas dental hygiene license CPR or BLS certification Strong communication and positive attitude Familiar with Eagle Soft (nor required preferred) Minimum of 5 years experience
