Join Our Team as a Dental Hygienist! At our dynamic private practice, we’re passionate about creating beautiful, healthy smiles for our community. We’re seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic, and patient‑centered Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team full‑time. Our practice provides a wide range of services — General Dentistry, Periodontics, Orthodontics, Oral Surgery, Pedodontics, Prosthodontics, and Endodontics — giving our hygienists the opportunity to think comprehensively and offer patients meaningful solutions beyond the basics. You’ll have the time you need to do your best work: - 60 minutes for established patients - 90 minutes–2 hours for new patients This allows you to build trust, educate thoroughly, and deliver care without rushing. What You’ll Do As a vital member of our dental family, you will: - Provide comprehensive preventive and periodontal care - Perform thorough cleanings, assessments, and periodontal charting - Educate patients on oral hygiene and long‑term wellness - Offer additional services patients may benefit from, such as: - Nightguards - Ortho evaluations - Whitening - Document accurately and thoroughly — clinical notes matter - Support a calm, respectful, and uplifting environment - Help patients feel seen, heard, and cared for Required Skills & Experience - 2–5+ years of experience preferred - New RDH graduates are welcome to apply! - Active Texas RDH license in good standing - Strong clinical competency and commitment to evidence‑based care - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - High level of professionalism, integrity, and reliability - Ability to work independently and collaboratively - DENTRIX & DEXIS dental software proficiency preferred Please do not apply if you are not experienced with these skills systems. Practice Standards & Safety We follow all Texas State Board of Dental Examiners requirements, including: - Infection control and sterilization protocols - Radiographic standards - Local anesthesia (if licensed) - Accurate, compliant documentation We provide full PPE: disposable gowns, goggles, masks, and latex/nitrile gloves.
