Our privately owned dental practice in Southlake, TX is seeking a Full Time RDA. Our practice has been serving the community of Southlake for almost 40 years. Putting our patients needs first is our primary goal, while providing exceptional dental care. We believe in a respectful office environment, with well trained staff, and the highest quality of dental materials. We are looking for a special person to add to our dental team. Responsibilities include: Assisting the dentist chairside during a variety of procedures (restorative, crown and bridge, extractions, etc.) Preparing and sterilizing instruments and treatment rooms according to OSHA and infection control standards Taking digital dental radiographs Seating patients, reviewing medical histories, and ensuring patient comfort throughout treatment Setting up and breaking down operatories for procedures Assisting with impressions, temporaries, and other clinical tasks as permitted by RDA certification Educating patients on post-operative care and oral hygiene instructions Maintaining accurate clinical notes and assisting with charting Helping manage clinical supplies and inventory Supporting a smooth and efficient patient flow throughout the day What we’re looking for: Registered Dental Assistant with current certification Strong chairside assisting and patient care skills Team-oriented with a positive attitude Excellent communication and organization Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment What we offer: Competitive pay Supportive team culture Modern, well-equipped office Opportunity to grow with the practice Experience with Dentrix patient management software, Dexis digital x-rays and iTero scanning preferred.
