Job Title: Dental Assistant (Expanded Functions Preferred) Location: [Insert Practice Name & Location] Schedule: - Monday – Wednesday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM - Thursday: 8:30 AM – 2:00 PM - Optional: Additional hours available on Fridays for those interested Pay: Starting at $24/hour, negotiable based on experience. Job Description: Our growing dental practice is looking for a friendly, motivated Dental Assistant to join our team. We’re seeking someone who enjoys working with patients, has a positive attitude, and takes pride in delivering excellent care. A great personality and strong communication skills are essential, as you will play an important role in helping patients feel comfortable and informed during their visits. Preferred Qualifications: - Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) certification preferred - Experience making temporary crowns - Comfortable assisting during a variety of dental procedures - Willingness to be trained in using an intraoral scanner Responsibilities: - Chairside assisting during dental procedures - Fabricating temporary crowns - Preparing and sterilizing instruments and operatories - Taking impressions or digital scans (training provided for intraoral scanner) - Ensuring patient comfort and providing excellent patient communication - Supporting the dentist and team to maintain efficient patient flow What We’re Looking For: - Friendly, professional personality - Strong communication and patient interaction skills - Reliable and team-oriented - Eager to learn and grow with the practice If you’re looking for a supportive team environment where you can build your skills and make a difference in patients’ experiences, we’d love to hear from you!
