Looking for experienced Dental Office Coordinator/Manager who can function as a high-level business partner in private office. High-Level Responsibilities Beyond the daily front-office workflow, Candidate oversees the practice's long-term health and operational standards: Financial Guardianship & Strategy: Monitor accounts receivable (A/R), manage practice budgets, and analyze monthly performance metrics to ensure profitability. Team Leadership & Culture: Recruit, onboard, and train new staff members. They are responsible for setting the office culture and conducting performance reviews. Compliance & Risk Management: Serve as the primary Compliance Officer for OSHA and HIPAA regulations, ensuring all safety protocols and patient privacy standards are met. Operational Optimization: Design and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the front office and coordinate with the clinical team to ensure seamless patient flow. Marketing & Patient Acquisition: Implement internal marketing strategies, manage the office's digital presence (website/social media), and monitor patient retention rates. Desired Skill Set A top-tier candidate must combine industry-specific knowledge with advanced 'soft skills' to manage both people and production: Skill Category Essential Competencies Technical Expertise Proficiency in dental software. Proficiency in Curve dental is a plus or any cloud based softwares , CDT coding for insurance accuracy, and advanced Microsoft Office skills. Leadership Conflict resolution, ability to motivate a diverse team, and confidence in decision-making under pressure. Financial Acumen Understanding of general ledgers, accounts payable/receivable, and dental insurance verification/appeals processes. Sales & Influence Strong negotiation skills to handle treatment objections and the ability to build immediate rapport with patients. Organization High-level multitasking and time management, particularly in prioritizing urgent clinical needs over administrative tasks. Communication 'Empathetic communication' — the ability to discuss complex dental needs and sensitive financial topics clearly and compassionately.
