Treatment Coordinator Artistic Family Dentistry Charlotte, NC Artistic Family Dentistry is a patient-centered, fee-for-service practice dedicated to providing high-quality cosmetic and family dentistry in a warm, welcoming environment. We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Treatment Coordinator to join our team and help deliver an exceptional patient experience from start to finish. Position Overview: The Treatment Coordinator plays a vital role in guiding patients through their dental journey—helping them understand recommended treatment, coordinating care, and ensuring a seamless and positive experience. This individual will be a key liaison between the doctor, team, and patients. Key Responsibilities: Clearly present and explain treatment plans, financial options, and scheduling in a way patients can easily understand Build trust and rapport with patients while providing outstanding customer service Coordinate and schedule treatment to support both patient needs and practice efficiency Follow up with patients regarding pending treatment and maintain strong case acceptance Collaborate closely with the clinical and administrative team to ensure a cohesive patient experience Maintain accurate patient records and communication notes Qualifications: Previous dental experience preferred (treatment coordinating or front office experience a plus) Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Strong customer service mindset with a passion for helping others Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to multitask Positive attitude and a team-oriented approach to care Comfortable discussing finances and insurance (if applicable) What We’re Looking For: The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a team environment, communicates with clarity and compassion, and is committed to creating a superior patient experience.
