Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled dentist to join our client's reputable dental office. This private office is ideally seeking a full time associate for 4 or 5 days a week. This is a state of the art office with a wonderful staff of assistants, hygienists and front desk. It is also a FFS and PPO office, with no HMOs and no Medicaid. General restorative procedures is all that is required. If a dentist can do advanced procedures that is a plus. There is a large patient base already developed and many new patients each month. A full time dentist can expect to earn between 250K and 350K per year, depending on procedures they are proficient in and experience. They're offering a very competitive compensation and benefits package, as well as the opportunity to share in profits with no out of pocket investment required. This is a state of the art office that is paperless with digital x-rays, scanners and a CBCT. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop tailored treatment plans. Perform a variety of dental procedures including general dentistry, prosthodontics, endodontics, and oral surgery. Execute dental extractions, root canal therapy, and other complex procedures with precision. Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during treatments. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Ensure infection control protocols are followed to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff. Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to provide optimal patient care. Stay updated on the latest advancements in dental technology and techniques. Skills Proficiency in using dental software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix. Strong understanding of dental terminology and medical terminology relevant to patient care. Familiarity with medical imaging technologies used in diagnostics. Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction and education. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in patient documentation and treatment planning. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
