Join our dynamic team as a Dental Assistant, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care . Minimum of 2 years of being chairside assistant required along with being proficient in making temporary crowns and using Itero for digital scanner. Responsibilities: Greet patients warmly and manage patient check-in and check-out processes with professionalism and efficiency Schedule appointments accurately using electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Practice Web Assist dental clinicians during procedures by preparing instruments and maintaining a sterile environment Manage medical records, update patient information, and review documentation for accuracy and completeness Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations by safeguarding patient information and maintaining confidentiality at all times Proven experience in a dental office or healthcare setting with strong knowledge of dental terminology and medical administrative procedures Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure patient privacy and data security at all times We are looking forward to meeting the right person to join our team.
