We are looking for an expert Dental Laboratory Technician to take ownership of our digital workflow in our state-of-the-art in-house lab.The Environment:You won't be on an island or buried in corporate chaos. You will partner directly with our incredibly talented, experienced female lead lab tech who needs a strong counterpart to share our steady, guaranteed case volume. You’ll also be fully supported by our cross-trained office manager who keeps the practice running seamlessly. We offer a true small-team, drama-free culture with direct, immediate feedback from the doctor.Your Expertise: Advanced digital design using Exocad (trainer-level or expert preferred). Owning full-arch, All-on-X, and hybrid implant restorations. Precision milling, crown & bridge workflows, staining, and glazing.The Compensation & Elite Perks: $30.00 – $45.00+/hour DOE (We pay a premium for proven artistry). $2,000 Sign-On Bonus (Paid after 90 days for candidates with a proven full-arch portfolio).
