Job description: Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) – Full-Time Beverly, MA $90,000 – $110,000 per year + Full Benefits Includes Saturday Availability About the Practice We are a respected and growing dental practice proudly serving Beverly and the Greater Boston community. What We’re Looking For We are seeking a team-oriented, positive, and easy-going Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) who is passionate about preventive care and delivering high-quality patient experiences. Key Responsibilities Perform professional dental cleanings and periodontal therapy Administer local anesthesia (required) Conduct oral health assessments and document findings Identify and communicate potential concerns to the dentist Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care techniques Maintain detailed and accurate clinical records Support dentists during procedures when needed Follow OSHA and infection control protocols at all times Qualifications Active Massachusetts Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) License Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred Ability to administer local anesthesia CPR Certification Strong knowledge of infection control and OSHA guidelines Excellent communication and patient education skills Positive attitude and strong team mindset Willingness to work Saturdays Compensation & Benefits Salary Range: $90,000 – $110,000 annually (based on experience) Paid Time Off (PTO) 401(k) Plan Health Insurance Dental Benefits Continuing Education (CE) Reimbursement Why Join Us?
