Woodlands Periodontics & Implant Dentistry is seeking a motivated and reliable Surgical Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team and support the delivery of exceptional patient care. We are a specialty periodontal and implant practice committed to providing high-quality treatment in a professional, respectful, and patient-focused environment. Responsibilities: Assist the doctor during consultations and surgical procedures Prepare operatories, sterilize instruments, and maintain infection control standards Take radiographs and ensure accurate clinical documentation Provide excellent patient care, including comfort measures and post-operative instructions Maintain organization of surgical instruments and supplies Collaborate with clinical and administrative team members to ensure smooth daily operations Assist front office staff with patient check-in, scheduling, or administrative tasks when needed Compensation: Hourly rate based on experience Requirements: Active Texas RDA license (required) - Periodontics or surgical experience (preferred) - Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient care - Positive, professional attitude and ability to work well in a team environment - Reliable and punctual To Apply: Email your resume and contact information to [sign in to DentalPost to see current contact info]
