Full-Time Registered Dental Hygienist | $55-$60/hr Guaranteed Base + Commission + $2,000 Signing Bonus + Weekly Office Production Bonus No early mornings. No late nights. No weekends. No corporate nonsense. Promenade Dental Care is a woman-owned private practice in Bergen County where everyone actually likes coming to work. We're looking for a hygienist who wants to stay somewhere long-term, not just fill a chair. We are the opposite of corporate dentistry. Dr. Furman is the sole dentist. You'll know every patient by name. You'll have time to do your job well. And you'll work alongside a small, tight team that genuinely supports each other. We value you as a provider and as a person. There is no drama here. Ever. Your schedule: Four-day work week, daytime hours only (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday). And we never send you home because the schedule is light or the doctor is out. If you're scheduled, you're paid. What we pay: $55 to $60 per hour guaranteed base pay depending on experience Commission on top of base pay Weekly office-wide performance bonus $2,000 signing bonus Benefits: Subsidized health insurance 401(k) with employer match and profit sharing Paid vacation and paid holidays Continuing education support About the office: We're a high-end family practice equipped with the latest technology to help you do the best job possible as efficiently as possible: digital radiography, iTero scanner, and Dentrix. What we're looking for: A registered dental hygienist with an active NJ license who takes pride in patient relationships, not just production numbers.
