Your Role as a Dental Hygienist on our team: Ability to establish rapport with the patients through a warm and gentle chairside manner Exceptionally skilled in maintaining proper safety protocols for patients Proficient with patient screening procedures, such as assessment of oral health conditions, review of health history, oral cancer screening, and dental charting Partnering with dentist(s) to instruct and educate patients on oral hygiene and treatment Focused on developing professionally within our practice vision Committed to providing an unprecedented level of care to patients Our Dental Hygiene Requirements include: Registered Dental Hygiene License in Alabama (required) CPR/BLS Certification Proficiency in digital dental scanning systems (iTero, CEREC, or similar) required. Open Dental experience a plus We offer flexible scheduling and are open to both full‑time and part‑time candidates. Our typical hours run Monday–Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., offering a great work/life balance.
