State-of-the-Art Onsite Lab & Digital Workflow — Over 50 years of combined lab experience, now fully evolved with: Onsite removable lab Intraoral & desktop scanners 3D Facial Scanner Advanced CAD design (EXOCAD, BlueSkyPlan, CoDiagnostix, etc.) CAM technology including multiple 3D printers and a 5-axis mill Mentorship & Growth — Work alongside experienced clinicians (including Dr. Edward W. Jernigan and Dr. Joc Jernigan) in a collaborative team, non-corporate environment. Ideal for new graduates or dentists looking to build deep proficiency in implants and prosthetics without the pressure of general dentistry procedure volume. Prime Location — Rocky Mount, NC offers an easy commute: just 45-50 minutes from Raleigh and 40 minutes from Greenville. What We're Looking For DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school North Carolina dental license (or eligibility) Strong interest in surgery and prosthetics (with an open mind to removable prosthetics done in a unique way), dental implants, and full-arch rehabilitation Compassionate chairside manner with a patient-first approach Willingness to learn and grow in a digitally advanced, implant-focused practice Experience with implants/prosthetics is a plus, but not required — there will be opportunity to receive excellent mentorship from Dr. Joc Jernigan who is a clinical educator himself in the field.
