As a General Dentist in the Navy, you will deliver high quality care to Sailors and Marines while supporting mission readiness around the world. This is a full time, in person role offering meaningful clinical experience, leadership development, and long term career growth. What You Will Do: Provide comprehensive dental care in a team based environment focused on excellence and readiness. Perform preventive, restorative, and emergency procedures. Conduct exams, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans. Educate patients on oral health and preventive care. Support operational and clinical missions in the United States and abroad. Compensation and Benefits Total compensation is composed of several types of pay including base pay, housing allowance, food allowance, incentive pay, and a sign-on bonus. Housing and food allowances are completely tax free. Your sign on bonus of $150,000 may be paid as a lump sum shortly after completing onboarding or in equal annual installments. If annual installments are selected, the first payment is received after onboarding and the remaining payments are paid on each anniversary of joining. Sign on bonus, incentive pay, and board certification pay, if applicable, are taxed at a reduced rate.
