We’re Hiring: Dental Hygienist (Full-Time or Part-Time) LifeSmiles Family Dentistry | Bloomington, MN LifeSmiles Family Dentistry is growing and looking for a Dental Hygienist to join our team—full-time or part-time! What You’ll Be Doing: • Providing preventive and periodontal hygiene care • Educating patients on oral health and home care • Taking digital X-rays and maintaining accurate clinical notes • Partnering with the doctor to co-diagnose and support treatment plans • Creating a comfortable, positive patient experience • Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient operatory For New Graduates: • Supportive, team-oriented environment with mentorship • Time and guidance to build confidence in your skills • Encouragement in patient education and co-diagnosis • A positive space to learn and grow For Experienced Hygienists: • Autonomy to practice at a high clinical level • Strong doctor collaboration and co-diagnosis • A respectful, team-driven culture Who We’re Looking For: • Licensed Dental Hygienist in Minnesota • Friendly, compassionate, and patient-focused • Strong communicator and educator • Organized, detail-oriented, and efficient • Team player who values a positive workplace culture Schedule Options: • Full-Time (4 days/week) or Part-Time (1–3 days/week) • Flexible scheduling available • Office hours: o Monday–Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM o Thursday: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM Compensation & Benefits: • $55–$60/hour (based on experience) • Hygiene production incentive/bonus structure • PTO, paid holidays, and sick pay (for eligible full-time team members) • Health Insurance and Vision Insurance • 401k • Dental benefits for you and your family • Continuing education support • Supportive, positive team environment At LifeSmiles Family Dentistry, we’re proud of the culture we’ve built—one where patients feel cared for and team members feel valued.
