Lead Dentist – Direct Path to Ownership | Eastern MA I’m currently in the process of acquiring a practice and building a small group in Eastern Massachusetts and am looking to partner with the right dentist to help grow and build it into something exceptional. This is not a traditional associate role. The goal is to bring on a strong lead dentist who is interested in more than just working clinically — someone who wants to be part of building a practice the right way, with a clear path toward long-term partnership and ownership for the right fit. The practice has a solid foundation with meaningful opportunity for growth, particularly in hygiene expansion, patient experience, and clinical efficiency. What I’m looking for: Strong general dentistry foundation (restorative, crown & bridge, etc.) Interest in growth — both clinically and professionally Comfortable working in a collaborative environment Open to mentorship and/or leadership depending on experience Genuine interest in ownership over time This is a great fit for: A dentist looking to take the next step toward ownership Someone currently in a multi-office environment looking for stability and growth A strong associate who wants more responsibility and long-term upside If this resonates, I’d welcome a conversation to share more details and learn about what you’re looking for.
