Join our growing, family oriented dental team! We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and proactive dental assistant to join our close-knit team. The ideal candidate is willing to learn and grow, is passionate about patient care and great customer service. Requirements: - 1+ years of experience - Strong communication and teamwork skills - Professional, dependable, self-motivated, strong work ethic - Detail oriented - Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical setting Key Responsibilities: - Chairside assisting - Maintaining strict aerosol management and infection control protocols - Room turnover and effective sterilization procedures - Taking radiographs on patients - Anticipating the needs of doctors and patients - Multitasking between clinical, sterilization, and supportive duties - Supporting overall office flow to ensure a smooth patient experience - Proactively stepping in wherever help is needed during high-volume times - Maintain office cleanliness (sweeping floors, cleaning bathrooms, taking out trash) Office Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM 2-3 Saturdays per month: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM Benefits: $20-23/hour (depends on experience) Paid holidays and paid time off Dental benefits 401k match after 1 year employment If you are friendly, dependable, and hard working, we want to hear from you!
