We are seeking an experienced Surgical Dental Assistant who is confident in a surgical setting and values efficiency, organization, and high-quality patient care. Key Responsibilities -Assist chairside during periodontal and dental implant surgeries -Prepare and maintain surgical setups with precision and efficiency -Anticipate provider needs to support a smooth procedural flow -Maintain strict sterilization and infection control protocols -Prepare patients and provide clear post-operative instructions -Take radiographs and maintain accurate clinical documentation -Support inventory management and organization of surgical supplies Qualifications Required: -Dental assisting experience -Strong attention to detail and organization -Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced surgical setting Preferred: -Experience in periodontal, oral surgery, or implant dentistry -Familiarity with surgical instrumentation, grafting, and implant workflows -A calm, focused demeanor during procedures What Sets This Role Apart This is not a routine assisting position.
