Position Details Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: 4 days per week Location: Farmers Branch, Texas Key Responsibilities Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional demeanor Answer phones and schedule appointments efficiently Verify insurance benefits and process payments Maintain accurate patient records while ensuring confidentiality Coordinate treatment schedules and manage recall appointments Provide administrative support to the clinical team Qualifications Minimum of 2+ years of dental front office experience required Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Familiarity with Dentrix or similar dental software Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset If you are dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoy helping families feel comfortable and cared for, we encourage you to apply!
