Description

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about helping patients feel comfortable during their dental visits. Responsibilities: Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment Take and develop dental X-rays (as permitted by state regulations) Prepare patients for treatments and ensure their comfort Provide patients with oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Ensure treatment rooms are clean, organized, and fully stocked Follow all infection control and safety procedures Qualifications: Dental Assistant certification or relevant experience preferred Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology, including temporization of restoratives Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and strong organizational skills X-ray certification Preferred Qualifications: Experience with dental software (Eaglesoft) CPR certification Benefits: Competitive pay based on experience Health benefits negotiable 401K(after 1 year) Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for professional growth and training
