Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) – Full-Time 📍 Downers Grove, IL 🏢 Private Practice (Non-DSO) Who We Are Jackson Family Dentistry is a modern, single-doctor private practice that has proudly served the Downers Grove community for over 40 years. Schedule (Set & Predictable) Monday & Tuesday: 6:45 AM – 5:00 PM Thursday: 8:45 AM – 7:00 PM One Saturday per month: 6:45 AM – 1:30 PM This is a full-time position with full benefits. What You’ll Do Provide comprehensive dental hygiene care with a focus on patient education Perform scaling, root planing, and preventive treatments Take digital X-rays (FMX, bitewings, pano) Capture intraoral photos and assist in diagnosis Use iTero scanner for Invisalign and other cases Take CBCT scans (Carestream) as needed Maintain accurate clinical notes in Eaglesoft Support a smooth patient flow in a fast-paced environment Collaborate closely with the doctor and team Requirements (Non-Negotiable) Active Illinois RDH license Current CPR certification Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program Dental loupes with light Strong communication and patient care skills Preferred Experience Experience with Eaglesoft and Dexis Comfortable with iTero scanning Familiar with CBCT imaging (Carestream or similar) Efficient with FMX and clinical workflow Ability to multitask in a busy, team-oriented practice Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Paid vacation (up to 3 weeks) PTO up to 40 hours per year Paid holidays Medical insurance (full-time) Dental benefits for you and your immediate family Vision insurance available Short-term disability 401(k) with employer match Paid training Uniforms provided Predictable schedule with occasional flexibility What We’re Looking For We are looking for someone who: Takes pride in their work Builds strong patient relationships Thrives in a fast-paced environment Brings a positive, team-first attitude Wants a long-term home, not just a job Why This Role Stands Out You will work in a well-established, respected practice with modern technology, a strong patient base, and a supportive team.
