What You'll Be Doing • Providing thorough prophylaxis, periodontal therapy, and patient education • Building genuine, lasting relationships with our loyal patient base • Collaborating with our experienced dental team in a supportive, low-stress environment • Contributing to a practice culture built on trust, respect, and excellent care What We're Looking For • Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in Tennessee (or ability to obtain) • A team player with a positive attitude and genuine love for patient care • Strong communication skills and a warm, compassionate chairside manner • New graduates are encouraged to apply — we love investing in people! What We Offer Our Hybrid Pay Model Base pay: $36–$39/hr guaranteed + Production bonuses: earn more when you perform We believe in rewarding great work.
