POSITION OVERVIEW We are seeking a confident, calm, and highly capable Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to serve in a dual-role floater position between front office and back office. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, takes initiative, and enjoys both patient interaction and clinical excellence. The ideal candidate is independent, detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and a true go-getter. Experience preferred but will train the right person. REQUIREMENTS Active RDA license (California) Active and up-to-date X-ray license Minimum 2 years of dental assisting experience Strong understanding of dental terminology and insurance processes Excellent communication and multitasking skills Comfortable in a dynamic, start-up environment FRONT OFFICE RESPONSIBILITES Answering phones professionally and warmly Scheduling and confirming patients Verifying insurance benefits and reviewing EOBs Billing and submitting insurance claims Maintaining organized patient records Providing excellent customer service and patient support BACK OFFICE RESPONSIBILITIES Assisting with restorative treatments and extractions Strong knowledge of digital dentistry workflows Taking digital X-rays and impressions Sterilizing instruments and maintaining OSHA compliance Setting up and breaking down operatories Ensuring rooms and trays are fully prepared for procedures WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Calm under pressure Smart and solutions-oriented Independent and proactive Team player with a positive attitude Detail-focused and organized Strong work ethic and professional demeanor WHY JOIN US?
