Join Our Dental Team as a Dental Hygienist TO START MID APRIL We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our small, family-oriented GENERAL DENTISTRY practice in Rutherford, NJ. to Our team includes one female general dentist, one hygienist, a registered dental assistant, a front desk manager, and a floater, all dedicated to providing exceptional care to our adult patients. As a vital member of our practice, you will work in a friendly and supportive environment that emphasizes quality over quantity. Our office is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including Eaglesoft for paperless charting, digital radiography, a Nomad Pro hand-held x-ray machine, a panoramic machine, and the iTero LUMINA for wellness scans. Each appointment is scheduled for 60 minutes, allowing you to focus on delivering personalized care to each patient , sometimes 45 minutes if no xrays/exam. We are looking for someone with at least one year of experience and the following special skills: local anesthesia administration, iTero scanning, and Arestin placement. Proficiency in performing procedures such as prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, periodontal treatment, and oral cancer screenings is essential. Your ability to educate patients on oral hygiene, periodontal health, and the importance of regular dental visits will help our patients maintain healthy smiles. The benefits we offer include a competitive hourly wage ranging from $56 to $60, a 401(k) plan with 4% match, paid time off after one year, sick leave in accordance with NJ law, and paid holidays after a three-month probation period. We also encourage continuing education opportunities, including Spear Education and Molis training for Invisalign. Invisalign bonus pool. HOURS: MONDAY 9-5, TUESDAY 10-7, THURSDAY 10-7, FRIDAY 9-3, ALTERNATE SATURDAYS 9-1. ( 32-36 HOURS A WEEK; one hour lunchbreak Monday, Tuesday, Thursday) At our practice, personal protective equipment (PPE) is provided to ensure your safety and comfort while caring for patients.
