Lead Dentist | Ownership Opportunity | $250K–$350K+ Potential | Boston Area This is not a traditional associate role. I’m building a small group of dental practices in Eastern Massachusetts and am currently in the process of acquiring the first location. I’m looking to partner with the right dentist to help build and grow the practice — with a clear path toward long-term ownership for the right fit. The practice has a solid foundation with meaningful opportunity for growth, particularly in hygiene expansion, patient experience, and clinical efficiency. Strong existing patient base with clear opportunity to grow production through hygiene expansion and improved scheduling.
