Cross Creek Pediatric Dentistry is seeking an experienced Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our friendly, energetic, and fast-paced pediatric team! We are looking for a confident, reliable assistant with strong chairside experience in operative treatment, including working with nitrous oxide, oral sedation, and IV sedation cases. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a team-oriented environment and is passionate about providing exceptional care to children and families. Requirements: • Minimum 3+ years of chairside assisting experience • Current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification • Current Nitrous Certification • A caring, patient-focused demeanor with excellent communication skills Preferred (but not required): • Ability to take dental X-rays • Experience with either Dentrix/Eaglesoft/Open Dental software Primary Responsibilities: • Assist our Pediatric Dentist during operative and sedation procedures • Prepare and seat patients for treatment • Accurately chart procedures and maintain detailed clinical records • Maintain operatory readiness, including stocking and organization • Sterilize and manage instruments in compliance with OSHA standards • Support both hygiene and restorative teams as needed • Help ensure efficient patient flow throughout the day • Deliver a smooth, positive patient experience from start to finish Benefits: • Medical & Vision options • Life Insurance option • Paid Time Off & Sick Time • 401(k) option • Paid Holidays Due to the volume of applications, we’re unable to provide individual status updates.
