Has the desire to learn, grow, and work collaboratively with the team to build the practice. What we are looking for: Must be registered and licensed to practice dental hygiene in North Carolina. While it would be ideal to have someone with strong clinical skills, we encourage new grads to apply! Strong attention to detail is desirable. Have the ability to communicate with the patients in a warm, compassionate manner. Someone who values connection, not just completion. Have the ability to accept mentorship and guidance from leadership. Salary is negotiable and based on experience. Benefits will be discussed upon interviewing.
