Treatment Coordinator — Vasona Park Dental | Los Gatos, CA Are you a confident, people-first Treatment Coordinator who knows how to guide patients toward saying 'yes' to the care they need? Vasona Park Dental is a beautiful, high-tech fee-for-service practice in the heart of Los Gatos, and we're looking for an experienced TC to join our growing team. About Us We are a predominantly fee-for-service practice accepting Delta Dental PPO — no HMOs, no Medicaid. Our patients expect a premium experience, and we deliver it. You'll be working alongside a skilled, supportive clinical team in a modern, well-equipped office where the focus is on comprehensive, relationship-based dentistry. What You'll Do Present treatment plans with clarity and confidence, guiding patients through their options and financial commitments Drive case acceptance through exceptional communication, follow-up, and patient education Verify insurance benefits, process claims, and manage patient billing accurately Schedule and coordinate appointments to maximize provider productivity and patient convenience Build lasting relationships with patients that reflect the quality and warmth of our practice Collaborate closely with the clinical team to ensure seamless patient flow What We're Looking For 3+ years of dental treatment coordinator experience — this is not an entry-level role Proven track record of strong case acceptance results Solid understanding of dental insurance, billing, and benefit verification Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills — warm, professional, and persuasive Highly organized with strong attention to detail Experience with Dentrix or similar practice management software a plus What We Offer Competitive hourly compensation based on experience A positive, team-oriented work culture A stunning, modern office environment in Los Gatos Stable, Monday–Friday schedule To Apply Please send your resume to [sign in to DentalPost to see current contact info] with the subject line: Treatment Coordinator — Los Gatos.
