Seeking General Dentist for Established PPO / Fee-for-Service Practice in Harlem Morningside Dental Care, a high-production, patient-focused practice in the heart of Harlem, is seeking a motivated and experienced general dentist to join our team. The ideal candidate is equally passionate about patient care and team success, strives for clinical excellence, and is a growth-minded dental leader looking for autonomy, flexibility, and professional development. Currently a part-time role (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday schedule), with potential for a full-time position for the right candidate. We are a PPO, fee-for-service office looking for a dentist who is a committed team player, relentless in expanding their skill set, and always willing to go the extra mile to help patients achieve a healthier, more functional, more vibrant smile. Our doctors and hygienists are dental leaders in a rapidly evolving industry, using advanced technology and specialized expertise to ensure patients receive exceptional care. This unique opportunity offers room for growth in a thriving practice with a loyal base of existing patients, as well as a strong new patient pipeline. We Offer: $900 -$1000 daily minimum + a collection-based bonus Schedule: Wednesday, Thursday & Friday 9:00 am -5:00 pm (no nights or weekends required) Potential to become a full-time opportunity with benefits for the right candidate 30-35 new patients a month to help you continually grow your patient base, as well as an established patient base Experienced Hygienist and highly-trained clinical and administrative support staff An inclusive, rewarding, people-first culture Centralized operations, including billing, claims, accounting, HR, and marketing support.
