Part-Time Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) Work–Life Balance | Max 8 Patients per Day We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Dental Hygienist to join our patient-centered dental practice. This role is ideal for a hygienist who values quality over quantity, enjoys building meaningful patient relationships, and wants a balanced, supportive work environment. Our practice limits the schedule to a maximum of 8 patients per day, allowing ample time for thorough care, patient education, and a stress-free clinical flow. Hours: Tuesday 7:30 - 3:30pm Wednesday 7:30 - 3:30pm Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive dental cleanings (scaling and polishing) using proper aseptic techniques Conduct patient assessments, including medical history review and vital signs Take and process diagnostic X-rays following infection control protocols Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care in a calm, supportive manner Accurately document clinical findings in Open Dental Maintain a clean, safe, and sterile clinical environment Collaborate closely with the dentist and team to deliver exceptional patient care Ensure full compliance with HIPAA and infection control standards Qualifications: Active Registered Dental Hygienist license in the state of Texas 1+ Experience in a dental office setting preferred.
