About the Role Best Dental Family & Orthodontics is seeking an experienced Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our growing team in Richmond. Our practice provides comprehensive dental care for the entire family including, general dentistry and orthodontics, in a modern, patient-focused environment. We are committed to delivering high-quality care while building lasting relationships with our patients. This opportunity is available due to practice growth and offers the potential to transition into a long-term position. We are looking for a hygienist who is not only clinically strong, but also personable, confident, and relationship-driven someone who can build trust with patients, communicate treatment needs clearly, and contribute to overall case acceptance and patient experience. Schedule: Monday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM What You’ll Do: Perform comprehensive hygiene procedures and periodontal therapy Conduct oral health assessments and review medical history Identify periodontal conditions and document findings accurately Take digital X-rays Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care Clearly communicate treatment needs and recommendations Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation Follow OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control protocols Collaborate closely with doctors and clinical team to deliver a seamless patient experience What We’re Looking For: Active Texas RDH license Prior hygiene experience preferred Strong clinical skills and attention to detail Confident and effective communicator with patients Friendly, professional, and patient-focused demeanor Team-oriented with a positive attitude What We Offer: Competitive pay based on experience Opportunity to transition into a long-term role Supportive, team-oriented work environment Modern practice offering both general and orthodontic services Consistent schedule and strong patient flow Opportunity to build long-term patient relationships Why Join Best Dental Family & Orthodontics?
