Key Orthodontic Assistant Responsibilities: As an Orthodontic Assistant, you'll be instrumental in providing exceptional patient care, education, and ensuring a seamless patient experience in the clinic. That includes: - Taking X-Rays and photos - Intraoral Scanning - Assisting Orthodontist during bonding and debonding procedures - Place and remove wires - Sterilization of instruments and clinical areas - Document daily treatment - Communicate instructions to patients clearly and effectively The Ideal Candidate: - A minimum of 1 year of experience in orthodontic assisting - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong customer service orientation, aiming to exceed patient expectations - Proficient in time management and organization - Collaborative team player - Quick and continues learner with a positive mindset - Commitment to long-term growth with the company Compensation & Benefits: - Competitive salary $20.00 - $27.00 per hour (depending on qualifications and experience) - Paid holidays and Personal Time Off (Vacation). - 401K and 401K Employer Matching. - Health Insurance. - Discounted Orthodontic Treatment. - Work Schedule: Monday through Thursday (OFF EVERY Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
