Associate Dentist – Private Practice Opportunity

Location: Central Connecticut
Schedule: Full-Time

Established private dental practice in Central Connecticut is seeking a motivated General Dentist to join a thriving, technology-driven office with a strong patient base and collaborative team culture. This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist looking to grow clinically while building strong earning potential in a supportive private practice environment — with a clear path toward Ownership/Partnership.

About the Practice

• Established private PPO/FFS practice
• $6.1 million in annual production
• 3,500 sq. ft. office with 8 operatories
• Consistent new patient flow and established patient base: 13,900 active patients and averaging 50 new patients per month
• 4 iTero scanners
• Strong clinical support team

What We’re Looking For

• Dentist comfortable with comprehensive dentistry
• Interest or experience in Invisalign, implants, endo, perio, or ortho is a plus
• Long-term mindset with interest in leadership and practice growth

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Experience preferred
• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active Connecticut dental license (or ability to obtain)
