Latah Creek Family Dentistry is a professional, patient-centered dental practice seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our busy, hygiene-focused team. We are looking for a motivated clinician who is passionate about all aspects of dental hygiene and committed to providing exceptional patient care. Position Overview The ideal candidate will be experienced in comprehensive hygiene care, including adult and pediatric prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and scaling and root planing. This role requires the ability to educate patients on their treatment needs and confidently present treatment plans, including associated risks and benefits. RDH Qualifications Restorative experience required Outstanding customer service skills and strong listening abilities Self-motivated with the ability to manage tasks and treat patients independently Punctual, professional, and dependable Excellent clinical skills, including administration of local anesthetic and a gentle chairside manner Requirements Current RDH license Ability to promote dentistry and patient education Working knowledge of Dentrix Ascend software Proficient use of Cavitron Active CPR certification Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation package (DOE) 401(k) with employer match Health insurance Dental insurance Paid time off (PTO) Please submit your resume along with a cover letter and your salary requirements and/or current salary.
