We are a rapidly growing, state-of-the-art digital dental lab seeking a talented Digital Designer to join our team. If you’re passionate about digital dentistry, tooling, and delivering precision aesthetics, we want to hear from you. What you’ll do Design and optimize dental digital workflows using 3Shape Exocad or inLab software Collaborate with prosthodontists, technicians, and R&D to create high-quality restorations Prepare, test, and finalize digital files for milling, 3D printing, and clinical application Ensure accuracy, fit, and aesthetic results across a variety of case types Stay current with industry best practices, software updates, and new materials What we’re looking for Proficiency in 3Shape Exocad or inLab** with proven project experience Strong understanding of digital dentistry workflows (scan acquisition, design, CAD prep) Eye for detail, precision, and a commitment to high-quality outcomes Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, growing environment Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects concurrently Benefits and compensation Competitive wage: $25–$35 per hour- depending on experience and qualifications 401(k) plan with employer match- to help you plan for the future Health, dental, and vision insurance- coverage Paid time off- to recharge and maintain work-life balance Opportunity to advance within a rapidly expanding, technology-driven lab
