What We're Looking For: - A True Team Player: We're looking for someone who is proactive, helps where needed, and maintains a positive attitude. - Organized: Our ideal candidate is able to keep instruments organized for clinical care, and assist in maintaining up-to-date inventory management. - Growth-Minded: We want someone who is eager to learn our office's specific flow and evolve with the practice. - Patient-Focused: Comfortable working with everyone, from infants to seniors. - Collaboration: Work alongside office providers and patient coordinators to ensure a seamless patient experience, beginning from their first phone call to when they leave our office! Requirements and Skills: - 1-2 years of clinical dentistry experience - Comfortable assisting in various procedures, to include oral surgery, endodontics, and implants - Experience with Open Dental and similar programs - Strong computer skills and knowledgeable in basic Microsoft Office applications - Excellent communication skills with both clinical/front desk staff and with patients - Great organizational skills for clinical instruments and supplies - Strong knowledge on dental equipment maintenance - Experience working with digital dentistry and CBCTs is a plus! - Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus!
